We use it for remote support, and remote access when someone is getting fired (We are spread out across the US) so we use the unattended access a fair amount of the time and it's nice to be able to jump in even if they aren't at their computer. I'd highly recommend the custom support module, we have that set up so all you have to do is go to: HTTP:///companyname and it downloads the file and adds to our contact list. The others don't need any license on them. You install the license on their main computer.

I have 2 of the business licenses for my 2 support people.

This part I didn't get please advise if you have installed this before.

Now the question is on the client side? do I just install the teamviewer free license for host? or do I install my license? I see that I'm licensed and showing business license. I download the teamviewer 10 and activate my business license on my computer. Do I just pay the $749 one time fee and I can install it on multiple clients? Only one of the fields needs to show a license for you to be licensed.I'm interested in getting a teamviewer business license for my remote support. ⚠Important note: if you are using an older version of TeamViewer (V13.0 or below) you may see the following under Help > About TeamViewerLicense: Free/Trial ExpiredAccount License: Business/Premium/Corporate-orLicense: Business/Premium/CorporateAccount License: FreeThis is normal and expected behaviour.
